Since subscribing to ORIGAMI in 2017, our customer relations has improved noticeably. Getting paid is much easier and quicker than it was before. Our customers all have a link to their online folder and receive their invoices daily. This Saves a lot of time. No Special skill or training is needed and all we do is scan the invoices everyday. Once a document is scanned, indexed & the misreads are corrected, you are bound to find a POD without a hassle. Recently, I have had many requests from our Debtors needing invoices from the beginning of their accounts to date. All I do is send out a link to the Debtor for each month. In this manner a lot of time is saved and no need to check in old boxes and the archives. Origami has improved our Debtors payments. When a Debtor requests an invoice or a POD and it is found on the system there is no dispute of payment. Origami also helps us to store older documents to the Cloud.

The service is user friendly and very easy to use. Your service updates on a daily basis Each debtor /creditor has their own file. Missing document report which will show all unscanned documents is very useful. Saves a tremendous amount of time since you suggested I send a link once a year to my clients where they have access to a dropbox with their invoices for

We changed to Origami in January 2012 and find it very user friendly.
